Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of California, Fullerton. She began her career with leading CPA firms in Orange County before serving as Corporate Controller for Banana Boat of California for over 10 years, including during its 2004 acquisition.

Today, Tina works as an independent contract CFO, partnering with privately held companies across a range of industries. She specializes in providing clear financial insight, strengthening accounting systems, and helping business owners make informed, strategic decisions. Tina is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is proficient in SAGE MAS 200 and Microsoft Dynamics.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with her family.

Jacob Dunn Accounting Manager

Jacob Dunn, EA, is the founder of Las Vegas Tax Services, LLC and a licensed Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University San Marcos and has worked in public accounting for over 10 years.

Jacob has advised numerous start-up companies to ensure they are set up correctly to maximize tax savings and has extensive experience across industries including solar, construction, retail, e-commerce, and professional services. His expertise spans QuickBooks, tax preparation, and generally accepted accounting principles, making him a trusted advisor for businesses looking to streamline their finances and stay compliant.

Beyond his professional work, Jacob is married with two children. He enjoys mountain biking, off-roading, and watersports, and is passionate about building lasting relationships within the Las Vegas business community.

Sean Keating Staff Accountant

Sean began his career with the firm as an intern while attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in 2019, he joined the firm full-time.

Sean has experience working with companies of varying sizes and across different stages of growth, from startups to more established businesses. He supports clients with a range of services, including financial reporting and ongoing accounting functions, helping them maintain accurate records and make informed financial decisions.

Originally from Southern California, Sean has lived in Las Vegas for over 10 years. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Jamie Morrison Accounting Associate

Jamie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, building a strong foundation in financial and organizational management. She previously served as a bookkeeper for Pacific Homeworker, Inc., where she handled a full range of accounting responsibilities, including recording transactions, reconciling financial statements, managing payroll, preparing customer invoices, and overseeing deposits.

Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Jamie is a reliable and valuable contributor to any team. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, she is a dedicated wife and mother of two who enjoys attending her children’s sports events and staying actively involved in their lives.

Valerie Thompson Staff Accountant

Valerie has a Bachelor's degree from Concordia University. She has been working in accounting for over 18 years. She has experience setting up new businesses, consulting and preparing company Financial Statements. She is certified in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Valerie joined the company in 2017 and has been a valuable part of the team. She and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, boating and traveling with their 4 children.
