- Data Security: We protext your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Data Renetation: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
- MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or recieving text messges, especially if you do not have an unlited texting or data plan.
- Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

- Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBCRIBE to tina@lasvegasbookkeeping.com or (702) 514-4048. After unsubscribin, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 business hours.
- You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone Number, email, and website. We are here to help you.
- Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Las Vegas Bookkeping will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
When you leave a message at our phone number (702) 514-4048, you give your consent for us to call you back for a follow-up. If you send a text message to us, you give your consent for us to message you back for the purposes of follow-up. We will not call or text you without your consent. We only use text messaging for conversational purposes.

How we protect your data and what data breach procedures we have in place
We protect customer data with the following site features:
- We are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
- Databases are sanitized (actual user personal details are removed) before deploying to development or testing environment.
- Scheduled bi-annual performance/security maintenance is performed, reviewing technology to ensure security. All passwords are reset at this time using automated long varied characters.
In case of a data breach, System administrators will immediately go through affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed after informing the user.
